kristen stewart Kristen Stewart Says Bellas Incredibily Pregnant in Breaking Dawn I

Kristen Stewart along with the rest of the cast have been getting ready to begin filming the 4th and 5th installments of the Twilight Saga. This is exciting news for us Twilight Fans! In a recent interview with ontheredcarpet.com Kristen reveals some juicy details about Bella’s pregnant belly.

“I’m incredibly pregnant in the first movie,” Stewart said. “I’ve done fittings. It gets immense. It gets so massive at some point that it actually looks inhuman. Like it’s hurting her. There are striations of bruises.”

Kristen also reveals that she has not yet seen the wedding dress that she will wear in Breaking Dawn.

“I haven’t put the one on yet. To be honest, it’s such a big deal, it’s such a big decision. I have a little hand in having .. an opinion. But I think it’s pretty much up to Stephenie [Meyer]“

I just love all the little bits and pieces that are coming out about Breaking Dawn thanks to Kristen and her interview blitz for ‘Welcome to the Rileys’!! I’m excited and a little nervous to see Kristen and her HUGE belly! From the reports that we keep hearing, it sounds like the costume/make up are going to be AMAZING for this movie! Bill Condon has certainly pulled out all the stops in setting up his production team. (Just in case you missed it, Check out the note from Bill Condon to Twilight Fans HERE)

What do you think CBA Readers? What are you hoping to see? Do you hope that Bella’s Belly will make you want to throw up, just as described by Jake? Or do you think it should be toned down a little?

Breaking Dawn News: Mackenzie Foy To Play Renesmee?

With a bunch of vampire allies yet to be cast, and an October production date looming closer, we should be inundated with “Breaking Dawn” casting stories in the next couple of weeks. Last night brought the news that former “Lost” star Maggie Grace has been chosen to play Denali coven member Irina (a.k.a. the one who royally screws things up for Bella and her hubby), and today we have word from Entertainment Weekly that producers are thisclose to choosing young actress Mackenzie Foy to play superbaby Renesmee.Judging from the photos on Mackenzie’s website, she could definitely pass for a cross between a young K-Stew and a young R-Pattz. Fun fact: not only is little Mackenzie trained in ballet, tap and jazz, she’s also got a purple belt in Taekwondo. That should come in handy when playing a super-strong vampire-human hybrid. So far, the actress has appeared on just two TV shows, but she’s a veteran of plenty of commercials and print ads.

The 9-year-old will have some pretty crazy, ever-growing shoes to fill, since her character ages about 17 years in only seven. According to EW, a “Benjamin Button”-style effect could be used to superimpose Mackenzie’s head on younger actresses’ bodies. Now, before you freak out—since that does sound kinda crazy—if done properly, like in “Button,” the effect could turn out to look fantastic. Then again, if it’s like the low-budget body glitter they used for Edwards sparkle in “Twilight,” then we might be in trouble.

How director Bill Condon is going to handle Renesmee is the second-biggest question on most of our minds when it comes to “Breaking Dawn.” (The first, obviously, is the sex scene. Yup, all of our minds are collectively in the gutter. Deal with it.) Casting Mackenzie seems like a good choice—it’s just a matter of how those special effects are going to turn out.

Here is some video of her modeling

So we may have our Cullen baby…

According to the LA Acting Auditions Examiner as well as actor Ryan Robbins, Summit is currently looking for an actress to play young Renesmee. From the former:The casting directors for “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I” are now casting the role of “Young Renesmee”. They are looking for a young girl who has some acting experience and is confident on a film set environment. This girl should have self-composure, good physical posture, and be very attentive, able to take direction well, and be quick to react. They also would prefer a girl with dance training.

The casting directors are not having open casting calls for this role due to the extremely high profile nature of the project.

Actor Ryan Robbins had this to say about his daughter auditioning for the role:

My daughter just had her first ever film audition… For the role of Renesmee in Twilight… No big deal, right?

We’ll keep you updated on the casting! Thanks to everyone who e-mailed with the links!

We have progress!

Nikki Reed Explains Bella And Rosalie’s ‘Breaking Dawn’ Bond

With “Eclipse” about to leave theaters and a sizable gap between the release dates of “Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ and “Part 2,” the “Twilight” news seems hard to come by these days — at least until the cast starts filming “Dawn” this fall.

Lucky for us, MTV News caught up with Nikki Reed recently to talk about her upcoming indie film “Last Day of Summer” co-starring DJ Qualls, and, naturally, the conversation veered into “Breaking Dawn” territory. As fans and readers of Stephenie Meyer’s final “Twilight” book know, Reed’s character Rosalie and Kristen Stewart’s Bella form an unexpected bond late in the series. We asked her thoughts on how the relationship between the two women changes in the final two films.

“What is that saying: Nothing makes two people bond more than the hate of another?” Reed said. “I kind of feel like that [describes Bella and Rosalie's relationship], but in relation to love in ‘Breaking Dawn,’ because they both love this child so much.”

Speaking of Bella and Edward’s much-discussed baby, Renesmee, Reed explained that a shared love unites the two. “I think it’s finally the one thing that’s strong enough to bring them together — their love for this [child]. It’s bizarre,” Reed said, since in the books and the films Bella and Rosalie don’t exactly get along perfectly. “It’s like they learn to co-exist for the sake of the kid, almost like they’re a divorced couple.”

Reed has also said that her character’s motivations for wanting Bella to have the baby at all costs are all about that love she has for the child, not politics.

“I think that Rosalie just always wanted to be a mom, and that’s how I look at it,” she said. “It has nothing to do with being pro-life or anything. I think it’s about her want, her need to be a mother, and this is the only opportunity she’s ever going to have, so she’s willing to let Bella die so she can have that and fulfill that, and that’s how I look at it. It’s her own personal desires.”

Twilight’s Charlie Bewley Talks Breaking Dawn’s Birth Scene

bewley birth blog Twilights Charlie Bewley Talks Breaking Dawns Birth Scene

Volturi actor Charlie Bewley (Demetri) is the latest member of The Twilight Saga cast to chime in with his thoughts on Parts 1 and 2 of final movie Breaking Dawn, and the ever-popular topic of Bella’s somewhat gruesome birth scene.

Taking a leaf out of Ashley Greene (Alice) and Jackson Rathbone’s (Jasper) book, Bewley said nothing when asked about a shooting start date for Breaking Dawn, saying he doesn’t know and joking that “They haven’t offered me anything yet, so we’ll just see. I just may walk away from the whole thing”.

On the subject of Bella’s much anticipated birth scene, Bewley has very specific ideas for how it should all play out.

I think they should just go all the way and do it in 3D! The baby kind of like pops out and floats above the audience’s head. Everyone who goes to see the movie with a bunch of kids going, “What?!”

On a serious note, he said “I have no idea. [But] they have to keep it in there. It’s part of the book.” Well said, Mr. Bewley — what would Breaking Dawn be without an homage to the chest-bursting scene from Alien? We can’t wait to see if Summit decides to give the whole movie the 3D treatment and, if they do, just how far they’ll take Renesmee’s introduction.

BreakingDawn producer talks plans for birth scene, 3-D

twilight eclise 320 BreakingDawn producer talks plans for birth scene, 3 D

Twilight Saga producer Wyck Godfrey has revealed how the filmmakers are considering handling Breaking Dawn‘s graphic birth scene, and why 3-D is still an option for the final installment of the franchise. In an interview with FEARnet, Godfrey confirms what Summit said emphatically to EW last month — the movies, to be directed by Bill Condon, will be rated PG-13 so the younger fans of the books can actually see them. Playing along with the idea that he could’ve gone the Cronenberg route, Godfrey joked, “Yeah! Dead Ringers. We should go full on! My wife’s an OB-GYN so we should bring her on set to make sure that if Edward is going to do an oral Cesarean, he really needs to make the proper incision with his teeth.” Then, he shared the anti-gore rational that, I have to admit, makes perfect sense:

“I think the one thing that we’ve done that we’ve really done in all the films is keep them very subjective and keep them from Bella’s point of view. So the conversations we’ve had with Bill, is that we’ll try to do something similar here; you’re with Bella’s perspective and her point of view of what’s taking place in the rush around her, as she’s in intense pain. Not so focused, objectively, on her body and his body and that. So I think it’ll be something like that, in terms of trying to make the audience experience and feel the confusion, almost, of what’s happening to her.”

Having us look out from Bella’s eyes could be effective. I know the image of my sister’s horrified face as she told me, “You don’t want to see it” when I got a nasty cut above my eye when I was young and thought it would be fun to tap dance on a coffee table, is still with me. That plan will rely on Condon getting great performances out of his actors (and that ability is one of the reasons Godfrey says the Dreamgirls director was hired, because Kristen Stewart will be exploring adult themes — marriage and motherhood — that are new to her).

When rumors first broke in February that producers were considering going 3-D for Breaking Dawn, 67 percent of readers responding to a PopWatch poll didn’t like the idea. But Godfrey makes a reasonable case for that as well:

“We have considered it, and everything’s being discussed, but I know that part of a way to differentiate the two movies would be to have one be in 2-D, and when she becomes a vampire we move into 3-D. But we haven’t really gotten far enough to decide what we’re going to do. I’m of two minds of it, frankly, and I think everyone is; I don’t want to chase the format if it’s not organic and appropriate. If we think it is, we will.”

Are you happy with the direction producers are headed?

Father’s Day Special: Edward and Nessie
Jun 20

For this special day I decided to put some daddy-daughter quotes from “Breaking Dawn” :) I cannot wait to see this adorable relationship in the film… :) I still think there wasn’t enough of it in the books, so I am hoping for a compensation on the big screen ;)

Edward and Nessie Fathers Day Special: Edward and Nessie

Everything belongs to Stephenie Meyer, I am simply quoting :)

“While I waited through the split second it took for Carlisle to speak, the vision I’d imagined for Alice danced behind my lids. A tiny, beautiful little baby, even more beautiful than the boy in my dream–a tiny Edward in my arms. Warmth shot through my veins, chasing the ice away.”

“This child, Edward’s child, was a whole different story. I wanted him like I wanted air to breathe. Not a choice–a necessity.”

“I don’t care about anything but keeping her alive,” he said, suddenly focused now. “If it’s a child she wants, she can have it. She can have half a dozen babies. Anything she wants.” He paused for one beat. “She can have puppies, if that’s what it takes.”

“His face changed again, and he did something that made my mouth fall open with a pop. I heard a gasp behind me, and I knew that Rosalie was back, and just as flabbergasted as I was. Edward, very lightly, put both of his hands against her huge, round stomach.

“The f–” He swallowed. “It… the baby likes the sound of your voice.”

“It… he or she, is . . .” He paused and looked up into her eyes. His eyes were filled with a similar awe–only his were more careful and grudging. “He’s happy,” Edward said in an incredulous voice. Her breath caught, and it was impossible not to see the fanatical gleam in her eyes. Thead oration and the devotion. Big, fat tears overflowed her eyes and ran silently down her face and over her smiling lips. As he stared at her, his face was not frightened or angry or burning or any of the other expressions he’d worn since their return. He was marveling with her… At first he didn’t answer, and then–shocking all the rest of us again, three distinct and separate gasps–he laid his ear tenderly against her belly. “He loves you,” Edward whispered, sounding dazed. “He absolutely adores you.”

“Renesmee is healthy and well,” he promised, a gleam I’d never seen before in his eyes. He said her name with an understated fervor. A reverence. The way devout people talked about their gods.”

“She’s like nothing else in the world,” he told me, and the sound of an almost religious devotion was there again in his voice.”

“The only parents in the world who don’t need sleep, and our child already sleeps through the night.” He chuckled.

I liked the way he said our child. The words made her more real.

“She has exactly your color eyes–so that didn’t get lost, after all.” He smiled at me. “They’re so beautiful…She’s intelligent, shockingly so, and progressing at an immense pace. Though she doesn’t speak–yet–she communicates quite effectively.”

“We’ll take care of you, Bella. Don’t worry, we’ll be ready. None of us would risk Renesmee. I think you’ll be surprised at how entirely she’s already wrapped us all around her little fingers. She’ll be perfectly safe, no matter what.”

“If her face had not been astonishing in its beauty and perfection, I wouldn’t have believed it was the same child. My child. But Edward was there in her features, and I was there in the color of her eyes and cheeks. Even Charlie had a place in her thick curls, though their color matched Edward’s. She must be ours.”

“Edward took a seat beside me and put his arms around Renesmee and me. He leaned forward and looked Renesmee very seriously in the eyes.

“Renesmee, someone special is coming to see you and your mother,” he said in a solemn voice, as if he expected her to understand every word. Did she? She               looked back at him with clear, grave eyes. “But he’s not like us, or even like Jacob. We have to be very careful with him. You shouldn’t tell him things the way                 you tell us.”

“Hear me.” Edward’s voice shifted into a smooth velvet tone of persuasion. “Renesmee is one of a kind. I am her father. Not her creator–her biological father.”

“I love you, too, Momma,” she answered. She touched the locket at her neck, which now held a tiny photo of her, Edward, and me. “We’ll always be together.”

…And then we continued blissfully into this small but perfect piece of our forever…
