When Rob was announced to attend the 2012 PCA, we knew he would not disappoint, so it is no surprise that he created such a buzz at the event. I am not a big fan of the award show, but seeing Rob accept the award for Best Movie Drama for Water for Elephants was nice. Having Ashley hand him the award was a nice touch as well. Of course the main buzz was over his hair. For some reason, anytime the man decides to get a new haircut, people freak out like he has never had one before. This is not the first time he has shaved off his locks even before the films wrapped…..I still remember the cute buzz cut at the end of 2008 and the hysteria created over his Cosmopolis hairdo last year….and I am sure it will not be his last. It is time for the 2011 Teen Choice Awards and it is no surprise that Eclipse and the cast have been nominated for several awards. What I found great is that Robert Pattinson is also nominated for non-Twilight related awards for Water for Elephants. If you are between the ages of 13-19 years old, then be sure to vote! The show will air live Sunday, August 7^th, at 8/7 central on FOX.

It was a very busy weekend for Rob! Breaking Dawn filming wrapped and he literally had to rush to NYC for the Water for Elephants Premiere on Sunday. Tons of fans stood outside in the rain and cold just to catch a glimpse of him and he delivered by coming early to sign as many things as he could. Reviews for the movie have been pretty positive so far and in the new trailer I just saw on television they are already calling it the best film of the year. That sounds promising. Kristen Stewart was also at the premiere along with Rob’s family, friends, and Kristen’s parents. It sounds like it was an exciting night for him and I think I speak for everyone when I say we wish him the best with this movie! We have a lot to look forward to this year. WFE is in theaters at the end of the week and BD in November!!! Here are some tweets about the events….

With Water for Elephants’ theatrical release just around the corner…just nine days away….I thought it would be nice to show our support. The Official WFE Website is up and running and what a way to get excited about the movie! I love how elegant and beautiful this movie looks and it seems very promising. Plus, the music from the trailers already has me curious about the score and soundtrack. How many of you ladies are excited about the movie? Do you plan on seeing it opening weekend? Do you think it will help Rob be seen as more than just Edward Cullen? Let us know in the comment section!

Rob has some very choice words for the people who leaked
the Breaking Dawn photos and hacked into his email account.
This is the first time that I have seen an interview with Rob
being so outspoken about people leaking information.
It seems he is just as upset as SM and the rest of the cast.

Here is a new interview that Rob did during a press junket for Water For Elephants. He talks about the movie, Breaking Dawn, and the dreaded leaked photos.

My favorite part of the interview is when he is talking about the “annoying person” who leaked the photos and he pretty much puts a hit out on them. You have to love Rob’s sense of humor
