Robert Pattinson was seen this morning on his way to catch a flight out of London’s Heathrow airport, according to PopSugar.  They report he is on his way to Vancouver to start with the reshoots for Eclipse that are starting soon.  Taylor Lautner has already taken off for Canada, and Kristen Stewart was spotted leaving from LAX to make her way northward as well.

According to OnLocationVacations, a permit has been issued for the production to film meadow scenes this week but there’s no official word on exactly which locations they’ll be using.

Supposed video of behind the scenes footage from Eclipse.

While this video does seem to be behind the scenes footage from the Twilight Saga, is it from Eclipse, as the person who put in on youtube claims, or is it from New Moon, as some are suggesting? It looks to me like it could me Alice jumping into a fight in the forest.  What do you think?

Jasper/Jackson Rathbone lovers – must see video here! Kirsten Prout, who plays the vampire Lucy in Eclipse, talks about filming with Jackson Rathbone on his horse, (Civil War military man you’ll remember), and about how sweet he was to her. Kirsten was new on the set, feeling awkward, and guess who the knight in shining armor was who came to make her feel comfortable? Yes! – the funny, charming and wonderfully not stuck on himself, Jackson Rathbone. I REALLY can’t wait to see more of Jackson in this film!

Ashley, whose Teen Prom issue hits newsstands Dec. 22, also showed off a bruise on her arm (rendered practically invisible with makeup) that she sustained while training for the eagerly awaited third ‘Twilight’ film, ‘Eclipse.’

“Until I had to shoot in prom dresses, I didn’t get any bruises. I was doing really well,” she smiled. “It’s horrible, but it’s been really fun. [Our moves] will look really, really good by the time we finally get to the fight sequence because in ‘Eclipse’ … we have to fight this new-born vampire army.”

She adds that her training involves “a lot of learning to run and jump off walls and land on people’s shoulders, and flips and throwing your body just ways that you would never, under any circumstance, normally do.”

Sara Gundell, Portland Books Examiner, has put together a nice little summary of the filming of Eclipse. I have to admit it brings a tear to my eye – we’ve been concentrating so heavily on New Moon and, my favorite, Eclipse it almost finished! I remember when we were just hoping Twilight would be made into a movie…

Filming of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” – the movie adaptation of the third book in Stephenie Meyer’s best-selling series – is nearly complete.

Director David Slade, along with cast and crew, have been busy in the Vancouver, B.C. area since late August – bringing the third movie in the franchise to life. Now, filming is nearing an end. The set version of Bella’s house has already been taken down, and Slade posted earlier this week on his Twitter account that there is just about a week left of principal photography. By now, that means filming is very nearly finished.

Slade tweeted that some of the last days of filming would include scenes at the “Cullen house” and the final shots of the battle, writing “battles ensue on mountain tops.”

Other recent filming has included more tent scenes, and (Spoiler Alert!) the deaths of Riley and Victoria. In some of the final scenes to be filmed, Bella also takes drastic measures, remembering the legend of the “Third Wife” and cuts herself in an attempt to distract Riley & Victoria from hurting Edward. Fans of the book know, it’s not a brilliant move – but we also know it works out okay in the end.

Here’s a look back at some of the other key moments that we’ve seen brought to life on the set of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” over the last several weeks:

* Bella and Edward visit Chief Charlie Swan at the Forks Police Station to discuss possibly traveling to Florida

Today was a sad day for the Swan House. Why you might ask? @maliciousmandy1 posted pictures of the house being torn down. Does this mean that the rumors are true? If Breaking Dawn is to be filmed, it will be filmed in Portland?
