It was almost 10pm when Bobby took to the small stage and from wherever one sat, you were within arms length of this talent young guy. I was extremely impressed by his music and what a voice this man has!!! I will report more tomorrow…or should I say tonight….after his press junket…and his other show at Arlene’s Grocery in NYC Tuesday night. Here are a few of the many photos I took this evening. Enjoy! The Twilight Examiner, Amanda Bell has an interview with Phil Taylor, Bobby Longs manager. They discuss his company, Up All Night Music & his clients among other things. One of my favorite parts in where she asks Phil what it is about Marcus Foster, Robert Pattinson, Sam Bradley and Bobby Long that have made them so “well-balanced and cooperative” with co-authoring songs together like “Let Me Sign” and “Never Think” (both of which are featured on the “Twilight” soundtrack). Phil answers, “I think that Rob and Marcus had known each other a long time and enjoyed playing music together, and, as I say, they are both very good at it. Then they met Bobby and recognized that he is also a great musician and that he comes from a very similar musical background to them. Once introduced, they were bound to become friends. That’s why I introduced them, I mean, that’s how you create a scene. Also, people need to remember that those songs were not written for the film, or any film, but were written by a group of friends who write songs together and play them live at an open mic night each week. There was never a plan. They just love writing songs and playing them together.” Go HERE for the full interview. Amanda has been a very busy bee & has a lot of great articles so be sure to check out her other stories too. ~Kim C |

Bobby Long has hit #8 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart! How cool is that. His new single “Left to Lie” made it’s iTunes debut on March 31st & he is already the #8 singer/songwriter & counting. Let’s all help to make this fabulous musician #1. Download “Left to Lie” on iTunes today! If you don’t already have iTunes click HERE. Here are some interviews with Bobby you may not have seen before. This one is a clip from his ITN interview via FHM. It’s a rapid fire Q & A where Bobby quickly answers (or tries to) a series of questions. What cartoon character would he be? What movie has he watched the most? What scares him the most? What is his favorite CD? What makes him turn red? Awww…look how cute he is answering these personal questions: This is a Gossip Girls interview he did back in March. It’s a great get to know Bobby interview. Among other things, how did he feel when “Let Me Sign” made it on the Twilight CD & what did he do when he found out? The boxers or brief question is asked, does Bobby answer? Watch & find out: You can read CBA’s Bobby Long interview HERE. Bobby Long is driving girls wild. We knew it was only a matter of time before he started getting the crazies coming after him. He’s a hottie with a sexy voice. Those two things are a dangerous combination. Bobby tells ITN about a fangirl who jumped up on stage when he was playing at Hackney Empire. She stood right next to him & waited for him to finish his last song then planted one on him. Read the story HERE. No worries when you com to PHX Bobby, CBA girls volunteer to be your security detail. We’ll protect you! ~Kim C |

Bobby Long is an old soul. When hearing his inspired blues folk tunes it’s hard to tell he is just 20 years old. Bobby grew up in small rural village near to Glastonbury in the heart of England. Somewhat of a story teller, Bobby Long writes songs which breathe a labyrinth of imagery that is both fragile and heartrending, deep yet instantly accessible. His live show is entirely captivating – allowing his endearing and humble charm to sparkle with pure intimacy. It is his talent for song writing that got the track ? Let Me Sign’ (co written by Marcus Foster) used as one of the featured songs in the blockbuster film ? Twilight – sung by the lead character, Robert Pattinson. Bobby Long has a number of London residency’s coming up before he heads to the USA for shows in New York, LA. and Nashville. He is currently working on tracks for an acoustic album which will be available on line and at his US shows in April. *Be sure & tune in to listen to this.
