Yesterday, Summit (Via @Twilight Twitter) announced “Tomorrow make sure check @Twilight often as we make some exciting #NewMoonDVD announcements!”

Today, they declared “The cast and crew of New Moon are going to some #NewMoonDVD midnight release parties this Friday! Check back often as we let you know who is going where for the #NewMoonDVD Midnight release parties!”

It appears they have been announcing them on the hour, but here is what we know so far:

Peter Facinelli is going to New York for New Moon DVD Party.

Edi Gathegi will be in Pittsburgh.

Chaske Spencer and Tyson Houseman will be in Atlanta.

Melissa Rosenberg (Screenwriter) will be in Seattle.

Justin Chon, Christian Serratos, and Michael Welch will be in Salt Lake City.

Charlie Bewley will be in Denver.

Elizabeth Reaser will be in Phoenix.

Kiowa Gordon and Tinsel Korey will be in Cincinnati.

Daniel Cudmore will be in Houston.

Last, but not least. Nikki Reed and Chris Weitz in Los Angeles.

Unfortunately, they have not announced which location the cast members will attend, only the city.  So, if you happen to be attending a party in one of these cities, cross your fingers you choose the right one.

We will update this post as Summit continues to announce more cast appearances.

My fave part was meeting the Hillywood cast. The girls and guys were super sweet. I told Hannah (Alice) I felt like I was “stalking” them, but she said nope and mentioned something about a “real” stalker. lol. I met them each day and during the dance.
It makes me want to go to the Sacramento convention just to meet them again.

Charlie Bewley (Demetri) was helping out at charity events this past week also. Here he is in his running outfit for Youth Run 4 on January 23rd in Santa Monica, CA. The event was organized by Josh Duhamel to benefit the American Red Cross for Haiti relief efforts. Go Charlie!

Here is the photo report by CBA’s Jen, (aka checkmate), from the Official Twilight Convention in Seattle last weekend.  The shots of the wolf pack and the surprise party are so fun!  They are a great bunch.

These are pics of PFach…he had just gotten off the plane coming straight from the AFI Awards luncheon…that’s why he’s wearing the suit. And he was so sweet with the kids and all the fans. (Friday January 15th)

This vide, from the Seattle Times, is actually from just before New Moon came out, but it is a very in depth and long talk with Daniel Cudmore and Charlie Bewley. One segment that stood out was when asked who their favorite character in the Saga is, Bewley talks about Jasper and his upcoming role in Eclipse:

“I think he’s got a very cool role in Eclipse coming up.  He really does come into his own in Eclipse and he has been very enigmatic in the first two before they really need him as council – if you like,  as someone who can take them forward and beat the newborns.  Jasper is a very cool character and Jackson is also a wicked guy!”

Charlie mentions, concerning the fans and the Twilight hype, that you just have to embrace it and enjoy it. At about the time of this interview, several of CBA’s staff met him, and he was indeed embracing the fans!  Got to love Charlie Bewley!

Seattle is the place to be this weekend, January 15-17, for Twilight fans. The Official Twilight Convention heads to it’s second stop of 2010.

Cast appearances include: Peter Facinelli (appearing Friday), Chaske Spencer (appearing Saturday and Sunday), Alex Meraz (appearing Sunday), Bronson Pelletier (appearing Sunday), Kiowa Gordon (appearing Sunday), Daniel Cudmore (appearing Saturday), and Charlie Bewley (appearing Saturday).

The Hillywood Show, who recently released their New Moon Parody, will be the hosts for the entire weekend.

Musical guests for the Friday night concert include Candace Charee’ and Reggie Ginn.

And the Saturday night Volturi Vampire Ball will include special appearances by Chaske Spencer, Daniel Cudmore, and Charlie Bewley.

Yesterday, Clueless star Brittany Murphy suddenly and tragically past away at the age of 32. Twilight cast members have Tweeted their sympathies.

Update: Brittany Murphy’s Uptown Girls co-star & New Moon’s Jane, Dakota Fanning released the following comment:

“I got to know Brittany when we made the film Uptown Girls,” the New Moon cutie said in a statement. “We became great friends despite the fact we were many years apart in age. Brittany had such a warm child-like spirit that drew people to her. With her goes a piece of my heart and I will miss her terribly. I know how strong Brittany’s love was for her family and my heart goes out to all of them, especially her mother Sharon. I love you Brittany.”

We can get on each other’s nerves, but it’s just like a family.” British export Charlie Bewley, who plays Volturi vampire Demetri, crossed the pond to make his big-screen debut in New Moon — and life will never be the same! “I haven’t really absorbed the whole thing,” he admitted during Life & Style’s exclusive New Moon shoot. “But I’m working out a rapid autograph style now. It’s coming along nicely.”

L&S: You and Taylor both gained 30 pounds of muscle. Did you hold weight-lifting contests?

Chaske Spencer: We were all really competitive and supportive of one another. One time, I had the highest score on this rowing machine, and the next day I came in and Rob [Pattinson] had beaten me — he worked out at night, and the wolves came in during the day. I beat him again, but on the last day of shooting, I came in and he’d beaten me by a second.

L&S: Do people ever ask you to take off your shirt?

Chaske Spencer: All the time! Just seeing myself shirtless on the posters makes me very self-conscious. When the Twilight saga’s over, I’m not going to the gym for a while.

L&S: This is your first movie. What was it like working with veteran Dakota Fanning?

Charlie Bewley: She’s wonderful. The most impressive thing is the way she works the camera with her eyes. Dakota has a wonderful stillness for a 15-yearold actress. It’s something most people don’t master in a lifetime.

L&S: Do girls swoon over your accent, or are they unable to understand you?

Charlie Bewley: It’s a bit of both. I’ve never been asked out by an American woman, though. The one physical commonality my girlfriends have had is that they have disproportionately large heads. It’s kind of weird.
