Our awesome photographer Kimberly Rocha was able to visit the Remember Me set today and here is her report:
Well, today I trekked down to the Remember Me set in Queens, N.Y. with my poor 7 year old son Daniel in tow, to see if I could possibly catch a glimpse of our Robert. I arrived around eleven in the morning and there weren’t so many people around so I was happy. There were trailers all over the place. I situated myself with the press… Fans were supposed to go behind barricades, but no one listened. Pierce Brosnan was seen first and he is such a nice guy. Lena Olin passed us by a few times smiling, but never said a word. The little girl in the movie, Ruby Jerins also passed by a few times, but no Rob… I have to say… I was never a fan of paparazzi and today just made that more solid for me. They are mean people who stick together with their other paparazzi friends and push and get in your way on purpose. I had one in front of me that was quite rude and she ruined my photo op of Rob when he finally came out around 2pm and bolted to a waiting car. We had all been waiting patiently, when all of the sudden the door opened to the trailer and the pappz went psycho! Rob went from the trailer right to the car, didn’t even look up. I shot my cam..but the pappz were in the way. Of course there were screams from little fan girls, but they weren’t as annoying as the paparazzi. I completely understand why Rob bolted to his car, they don’t give up. All in all, I think it was a very interesting day and now I know what to expect if I get the chance the go to the set another day, and my Daniel (7) was such a trooper… anything for his Mom!
