FEAR.net brings us a new David Slade interview:

Twilight: New Moon isn’t even in theaters yet, but we are already gearing up for the third film, Twilight: Eclipse. We crashed a David Slade signing at Dark Delicacies in Burbank, California, where he was signing a new line of toys based on 30 Days of Night. “One of the cool things about shooting a movie based on a book is that it is not a film the studio can really change,” he tells us. “Not that the studio would want to change anything, of course!” David promises that they will stick close to the book – there is no sense in changing the story at all.

I mean, don’t get me wrong I have seen 30 Days of Night and it was ‘okay’ but I just don’t know. I was really excited to see Chris on board but I’m just not to sure about David. I guess we will wait and see.

mmm i sillhave my hopes, hes a great director, also i think he may give the maturity that the book deserves, cause the first director (I hat her) realy blew it when she never concrete or justify the intence romance between the characters, and also she didnt respect the ecence of the book reducing it to a simple teen movie medeocrily developed(personal thougt).

wolfs in new moon look like coyotes, hope david slade could fix it, acording to his interview hes gona make this movie darker so yay
