Unfortunately, due to an extension of the filming schedule of Eclipse, Kellan Lutz will not be able to attend the Twilight Tour in Brisbane and Sydney. He sends his regrets and is looking forward to returning to Australia in the near future and seeing you all soon. We are very pleased, however, to welcome Christopher Heyerdahl who portrays Marcus of the Volturi, at his first ever Twilight appearance.

Yet another cancellation by our dear Kellan…..sighs. Him and Ashley are becoming notorious for cancelling on events.

I don’t think it is worth going to if you can’t meet the main stars (pretty poor effort) Australia always misses out oh well nevermind hopefully one day when the movies are old news they might come down here.

I was waiting for it to happen like it always does. at the start it is all about the fans and then they get famous and it all goes down hill from there

Teressa it just isnt happening in Australia. It has happened at every convention in the past two months. Cancelling at the last minute has been the new expectation for these conventions. Even the Creation Entertainment conventions….which are supposed to be official conventions backed by Summit…..have had tons of cancellations. Kellan, Ashley, Jackson, Peter, and others have cancelled on numerous occassions so it isnt just happening in Australia. I think it is sad especially for the first time convention goers who are putting a lot on the line to go. It is a bit different when you have already met the stars and then they cancel at another convention because well….you have already met them. The fans who are just going for the first time are the ones that feel the worst about it. I just will say this…..buyer beware. Know what you are getting into before shelling out the money to go because cancellations arent just possible…..they are likely.
