When Jacob says “kwopkalawo’li” (pronunced quo-p-kah-lah-WOH-oh-lee) to Bella, he is saying “I Love You” in Quileute.

I knew that’s what he said when he went to kiss her! My mom was like ‘what was that?’ and I was all ‘I think he said I love you in Quileute. Makes sense because he’s going in for the kiss.’ Score One for me! lol

I saw somewhere that kwopkalawo’li means Stay with me forever…

Yeah, it sounds better as “stay with me forever,” but I guess it makes more sense as “I love you.”
