As you can see in the video below, Ashley was not involved in the accident. Thank goodness!! The accident occured across the street and happened to be caught on video when the cameras were trying to get a shot of Ashley getting into her car. I do like that the papparazzi kept the woman from fleeing the scene. Thanks, Leslie for the video! (TMZ)
